The apartment is part of the Cumberland Resort which includes a pool, gym, gardens and outdoor BBQ facilities. The dedicated onsite underground car space accommodates vehicles to 2.1 m high. The house is a partially refurbished 1950s weatherboard with a dated kitchen but has new bathrooms. The house retains it's casual but relaxed heart.
