Kleine aber feine Terrasse mit fantastischem Meer-/Strandblick, großer Wohn-Ess-Salon mit Esstisch aus Vollholz, Sofalandschaft, Sat-TV, Highspeed-W-Lan. Drei Schlafzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Himmelbett, eines mit Doppelbett, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Ein En-Suite-Bad, ein Bad separat, beide haben eine Dusche, Bidet, WC, Waschbecken, Kosmetikspiegel. Separate, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Mikrowelle, Glasauswahl etc. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines Wohnhauses ohne Aufzug. Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.
