You’re welcome to grab farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast! Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. The living space sparkles, with natural light from wall-to-wall glass sliders bouncing off polished concrete floors. The patio delights, with gorgeous views, firepit and heated stock tank pool for year-round soaking. Welcome to bliss, y’all.

Star gazing and sitting on our beautiful pavillion while you grill is only one of the reasons why you should book with us. Although the cabins are only 10 miles from town, guests feel as if they are in another world; a world of pure Texas Hill Country! A king size bed and large bathroom. The bedroom/sitting area includes a smart TV; kitchenette complete with a microwave, full size refrigerator, Keurig, electric skillet and toaster oven. Large porch with a private hot tub.

The Riverwood cabin was built by the property owner (Oso), a direct descendant of Dr. Herff, an early settler to Boerne in the 1850's. The rustic, craftsman-built cabin sits on an 85 acre historic ranch and wildlife preserve, located just 2 miles from downtown Boerne Square. The cabin is a bit quirky, and definitely an experience, yet has all the comforts you will need for a relaxing stay with friends or family! Please read house rules before booking.
