Welcome to Stable Retreat, a relaxing two bedroom detached converted stables retaining many of the original features with a cosy wood burner, fully equipped kitchen, 1/2 acre of garden, a large parking area and check in via a lock box making a perfect year round destination. Located in the beautiful Waveney Valley, ideally located for visiting The Broads, the stunning coastline and countryside of the Norfolk/Suffolk border, quaint towns and historical Norwich. The characterful, timber barn dates from 1880 and has been sympathetically renovated to provide a spacious, stylish and comfortable studio room with en suite shower, wood burning stove and garden. Within easy waking distance of Holkham Village, beach and NNR and the picturesque town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Continental style breakfast included. 3 night min stay July and August. 2 night minimum at all other times.

The Dovecote is a beautifully appointed self - contained annexe in Snetterton Village with lovely garden views providing a perfect base for Snetterton Racetrack (2 Miles) and close to A11. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests .
