Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. Your family /group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Morrisons 5 min walk Witham train station 8 min walk with direct trains to London Liverpool Street and Stratford 40 min. Late checkout £75 applies if not requested prior to booking . Please leave any towels in the bath tub Recycling of food must be in the small green caddy by the front door. Green recycling bags are in the kitchen. Please ensure all windows are closed on departure.

Cosy house close to Christchurch park and Town

A spacious 3 bed terraced house in a quiet residential street ten minutes from Christchurch park and fifteen minutes from Ipswich town centre. As is normal nowadays, the house has unlimited wi-fi and all you would expect in a modern house. Tea, Coffee, Sugar is always provided. We live just round the corner, please if anything in regards to cleaning or other problems are seen of concern please let me know as soon as possible and we’ll resolve things immediately.

The Caravan is situated in Valley Farm Holiday Park, Clacton on Sea. Very close to the Beach, Asda 5 min. In Park facilities, Outside and Inside swimming pool, Bar, Snacks, Restaurant, Entertainment, daytime kids club, Evening Entertainment. Superb facilities include in all-weather multi-sport court. 1 mile from the Sea and Restaurant close to the Sea. Also is the famous Clacton Pier where is Entertainments for all kids and adults, live music, restaurants.

We are surrounded by lovely countryside but also only a 10 minute walk into Long Melford which has lots of pubs and restaurants the Lodges, our own design.
