Perfect for walking and riding, the Heysen and Kidman trails are accessible through our back gate. Famous McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills wineries are nearby. While the guest suite is attached to the main house, it is quite separate and totally private. A 50 minute drive from Adelaide’s CBD and a 20 minute drive from southern beaches, it is perfect for a weekend escape.

Under the Oaks is a beautifully converted 1858 church just for couples. Situated in Hahndorf in the stunning Adelaide Hills, just 15 minutes up the freeway, nestled under historic oak trees and within walking distance to the vibrant main street. Set on a small acreage working cattle farm in close proximity to the main home yet completely separate and private. The rural setting provides a peaceful environment in which to enjoy native wildlife and watch the sunrise and set. Located on the scenic route offering a beautiful 7-minute drive to Port Elliot with iconic Horseshoe Bay, delightful shops and cafes.

Little Rolling Home

Escape to nature's embrace at our Little Rolling Home, nestled on a stunning 12-acre block surrounded by ancient gums, a seasonal creek, and grazing sheep and cattle. Enjoy our little wood heater inside to keep you warm or sit around a fire outside. ( within fire ban season, please note fire ban runs from November 1st 2025- April 30th 2026 ) We have the beautiful Strathalbyn golf course 2 minutes drive, feel free to borrow the golf clubs and have a hit of golf.

The large front yard and courtyard is surrounded by a beautiful garden that provides private sanctuary and local bird habitat.
