Down stairs has an open lounge, dining area with a large 39" flat screen TV, well-appointed kitchen, electric stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher & round extendable table. All opening out to a veranda. Also 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed in each. Separate toilet, bathroom & laundry. Enclosed back yard. Double Garage. Please advise me if you are bringing a pet.
