You will also be a short walk away from the Adelaide Showgrounds and the Farmers’ Market. The nearest tram stop is an 8-minute walk. City-bound tram will take you through Adelaide, while the outward-bound tram goes right to the beach. You can also walk to the city - Adelaide's Victoria square is only 3 km away.

The space is air conditioned throughout making the home very comfortable in all climatic conditions.
