This Tiny Cabin is located in the Texas Hill Country, Bandera TX. Come enjoy our secure homestead with goats, hens, ducks and the family pets, 5 dogs and 1 cat. The homestead is on over 5 acres in the "Cowboy Capital of the World". Just 8 minutes to town with lots of live music, BBQ, southern food restaurants and plenty of small-town shopping of boutiques, antiques and more. You can sit by the river or take a stroll down Main Street. The above ground pool is 33 ft round, behind the main house.

Brand new Cabin! Our Southern Country Cabin is finally ready after 2 years in the making. My husband has worked diligently along with our youngest son and nephew to build this spacious little cabin for your delight. It is located equally between Garner State Park and Lost Maples State Park. It is secluded but only 2 miles outside of Utopia. You will enjoy beautiful night skies, delightful sunrises and quiet sunsets in the beautiful hill country of Texas.... The view alone is worth every dollar!

Get back to the basics in a peaceful cozy cabin at FoxFire in Vanderpool. Enjoy reconnecting with nature with a walk or swim in the Sabinal River, hike at Lost Maples Park, birdwatching, or enjoying the stars and a campfire at night! 2 Bedroom 1 bath fully furnished comfy cabins. No Tvs or Microwave but WiFi, campfire ring, BBQ grill full kitchen/bath with outdoor picnic area. The grounds also have a playground, basketball goal, volleyball net, and river access. Family and pet friendly!

Enjoy the beautiful mountain views, wrap-around porches, bird watching, & hot tub. We're only a mile from Lost Maples State Park & 20 minutes from Garner state park. Leakey, Concan, and Utopia are nearby as well. The home is very private making it the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or family fun!

Our one bedroom cottage in the majestic hills of Kerrville is the perfect place for a short getaway or a working vacation (fiber internet on property). Enjoy the amazing sunsets from your porch, take a dip in the pool, and pass the afternoon in our outdoor area with pergola, lounge chairs, and grills. In the country, just 8 minutes from Kerrville, Louise Hays River Park (kayaking, paddle boarding), H.E.B. grocery store, and great dining and entertainment options. NO PETS ALLOWED

PJ's Hideaway

This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

Relaxing Cabin on the Sabinal River

The Cabin is an acre located right on the beautiful Sabinal River with access to 600 feet of riverbank and easy walk into town. Architect designed, the cabin has high ceilings and lots of glass to bring the outdoors in. Relax in the hammock underneath gigantic cypress trees. Enjoy the sunset while the deer come through the yard and fireflies dance. We have two bedrooms on the ground level with a small loft (single bed) above the bedrooms.
