Set in the garden of our home with private garden for guest to use. Access through gate to woodland and Lytham. kitchen with microwave, toaster,kettle,fridge two ring hob, coffee machine. Bedroom with double bed,door to garden. Shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Lounge with TV and dinning table and sofas. Lovely outside seating area with woodland views. Electric car charger at extra cost. We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather.

Hillside Hut is our bespoke luxury shepherds hut, nestled amongst farmland with sheep and wildflowers. We are just 30 minutes from the Lake District, Hillside Hut is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Woodburner, kitchenette, king size bed and seating all fit perfectly inside. A separate private luxury shower hut including a toilet, sink & shower Outside; enjoy a fire pit, bbq and wood fired hot tub with views of fields

This stylishly furnished, bright and modern 1 bedroom former beamed hayloft offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for a couple close to Williamson Park and the Yorkshire Dales. French doors open from the living area onto a private patio and garden area with a circular Summer house overlooking the extensive gardens. The property has private parking and is conveniently situated on the edge of Lancaster.

Ginger Hut, Lancaster

Our wooden cabin is tucked within Patty’s Barn, a family-run coastal retreat on the Morecambe Bay coast near Lancaster. Walk straight onto the coastal path from your door and enjoy wide open views and sunsets. The cabin sleeps up to 4 guests and features a cosy open-plan living space with a fire. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are fully equipped and located just a few steps away (around 10 seconds).

Coven Treehouse at Cronkshaw Fold Farm

A self-catering treehouse with double sofa bed and amazing views across our working hill farm and surrounding area. Chill in the hammock under the tree, relax next to the fire pit or cosy up in bed under the duvet. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional fee (£42). The Boat House with Hot Tub is perfect retreat for couples or small families. It's floor to ceiling windows create a stunning facade that boasts breath-taking views across our 24 acre lake. It has a shower room, open-plan lounge and with wide screen freeview TV, iPod dock, Wii console DVD player, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Smeg fridge freezer.
