It has a direct Tram connection to the airport (25min) and is very well located to all sightseeing spots of Zurich. Der kleine Sitzplatz ist zur alleinigen Benutzung. Das Studio liegt zentral in der Stadt. In Sichtweite zum Studio befindet sich die Bahnlinie. Die Züge fahren langsam, sind aber hörbar. Ab Mitternacht fahren keine Züge mehr und die Nachtruhe ist gewährleistet.
