Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. 15 minutes from beaches this lovely apartment sits on a pond full of fish with a dock. Large pool ready for swimming and sunning. Charcoal and gas grill available. Beautiful upper deck to sit and enjoy the large mango tree and view over the lake. Golf cart available for evening rides. There is a large driveway for a boat. Swim and fishing accessories available. Minutes from I-75 - also near the famous Lakewood Ranch downtown.

The Getaway

Relax in this comfortable and stylish space only 2 miles from Siesta Beach. The Getaway is the perfect spot to relax whether you're here on business or you've spent the whole day on the beach. The space is newly remodeled and you will lack nothing here! Enjoy the outdoor deck and two Nigerian Dwarf goats that live on the property. The Getaway is an apartment style space attached to the main home. It has it's own entrance and is completely private. The host lives in the main part of the home.

City Garden Cottage

City Garden Cottage is a cozy and comfortable cottage located in the quiet Laurel Park neighborhood in Sarasota, only a few blocks from downtown. The studio is surrounded by lush gardens and trees with a Hot Tub (open Oct-June). Inside, you will find a kitchenette equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and hot plate. The studio also has a flat-screen TV, a queen bed & private bathroom. There is also shared use a gas grill, fire pit and Hot Tub included with the rental.

We are centrally located between Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and Bradenton, making it an ideal place to explore all the area has to offer. Getting around is easy since we are located very close to the Ringling Museum of Art. Plus, it is only a short 15-minute drive to downtown Lido Beach and St. Armands Circle.
