This is a fabulous beachfront penthouse condo at Hacienda de Mita PH2-2 located inside the gates of Punta Mita.

The condo has 3,600sf, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and was just recently remodeled. You can enjoy the pool and surf in front of the condo, use 6 beach clubs, play golf, walk the trails, or simply relax on the condo’s terrace. In addition, the restaurants and night life in the village are a short 2 minute walk away.

The host also owns a 40’ Fjord Yacht that's available for charter.

The Owner of the Premises has a Premier Golf Membership that rental guests may use to obtain access to the Golf Club, Racquet Club, Gym Facilities and Ocean Sports in Punta Mita, as well as access to five beach clubs in Punta Mita at Pacifico, Kupuri, El Surf Club, Sufi and Bahia. Access to those amenities are subject to payment of a mandatory one-time, per-person access fee required by Club Punta Mita, which is paid by the Owner of the Premises. While there is no charge for access to the beach clubs, rental guests will be charged discounted guest fees for use of the Golf Club, Racquet Club, Gym Facilities and Ocean Sports.
