Outdoor very casual, there is a sushi bar and taco bar with live music and good drinks. There is also a small coffee shop just behind the sushi bar called Cafè con Leche

Café Tresbé is good, nice and cheap. Visit them at 1765 Loiza Street, just before the Banco Popular. They are a yellow wagon with outdoor tables.

Open air park (don't worry, there's plenty of shelter from rain) with options to order great drinks from the bar, good sushi from a Japanese eatery, excellent coffee & cookies from the cafe, or decent Mexican food from the food truck. Always a good place to people watch.
