In the quaint building just to the right of Farthings Ordinary gift shop you will see Farthings Kitchen that currently houses our relatively new ENZO’S BAKERY. Therein you will find a very friendly and engaging baker and his fun team of workers eager to fill your order for fresh baked bread, croissants, cookies, lite fare such as sandwiches, coffee, tea. They make an awesome ham egg and cheese on a cracked black pepper biscuit breakfast sandwich and they will be happy to add a slice of a local tomato if you desire...You can eat it at one of the picnic benches or it will stay hot if you want to eat it home on the dock...He Makes amazing beautiful Challah bread on Fridays( I order mine ahead.. nice to make French Toast)... Open Mon - Friday Hours are 9-3 or earlier if they sell out... This bakery is at Historic St. Mary’s City about 1.5 miles away... NOTE: Due to COVID19 only online orders placed the day before are taken... the website ordering starts at 9AM ... usually sold out by 9:05 AM ...
