For kids, definitely check out Baker Park. It also has a beautiful greenway to walk, bike etc for adults as well. Cambier Park is also right near 5th Avenue and a great place for little ones. The Naples Zoo is also nearby and there are a few waterparks further north (SunSplash or Sun & Fun).
