This is one of the highest ranked pools under the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation in terms of cleanliness. It's just up the block, and a cool, fun way to get some exercise during warmer months.

It's not called Sunset Park for nothing! This is THE prime location for a sunset picnic dinner, with amazing views of the entire NYC waterfront, Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty - and a free outdoor pool in the summer time.

sure, it's a public pool. but, better than no pool. the park itself has a view of NYC and is very relaxing.
