Wald Park is a great place to exercise whether you are by yourself or with your family. There are multiple tennis courts, a pool (the city puts a giant bubble around the pool in the winter time so you can still use it) and two playgrounds. The busiest times are usually right after work or if there are baseball games/practices going on, but there is always plenty of parking. There are tons of lights that come on at dusk, so you can rest assured that you'll be able to see what you're doing right up until the park closes at 9 p.m. If you're using the track (2.5 laps = 1 mile), be sure to check the signs near the pool so you know which direction to run/walk in on each day...it changes.
