You'll know you're close when you see people nearby walking around (or taking selfies) with pink colored DUMBO coffee cups with an oversized donut skewered to the lid. Grab a latte and matcha cheesecake donut to go, and enjoy it at the nearby Amishiro park/playground. This is one of my absolute favorite "coffee date" places in all of Tokyo! The surrounding neighborhood, Azabu Juban, has a really good hipster vibe and a bumping night life scene. Be sure to also check out Take No Yu, a "black water" onsen (hot springs) which was built in the early 1900's and just a 6 minute walk away from DUMBO.
