The cheapest and best grocery store nearby is PA and PA nature. There’s also Provigo closer on Mont-Royal but it’s pricier. Otherwise there’s also many fruit shops on park avenue

This is a smaller version of the PA a little further north on Park Avenue, with more of a focus on organic/fair-trade products. It's a little bit pricier than PA, and they're only open until 10:00pm, but if you're looking for specialty ingredients like chia seeds or xanthan gum, for example, you're more likely to find those here.
