Sturdy shoes, camera, water, hat and sunglasses. Great place to picnic, hike, or just enjoy the views and fresh air. Have natural springs and water-pools. After a nice snowfall or rain, there are waterfalls at a short hike.

This is the ancestral home of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians. There are lots of hiking trails and there are usually streams running too. Also the most California Fan Palms can be found here, they are the only palm tree native to western North America. Sings of Indian life from centuries…

A short drive down to the Palm Springs area and you'll find one of the most beautiful places in the valley! Take the Andreas trail to some water...not always year round. It is on Indian land so there is a fee. I think $9 per person. After explore Palm Springs and grab a bite to eat!

Restoran Meksiko
“Mexican food somewhere between bad and mediocre, but it's always a lively scene in the heart of downtown PS. And the oldtimer band playing cover songs all night sounds perfect once you're drunk enough to dance with your toddlers to your favorite yacht rock tunes. If you're vegan, make sure to ask for chips fried separately in vegetable oil, they will gladly accommodate you. Avoid LULU next door at all cost, unless you like tacky decor, BLAND food, salt shakers that don't work, slow service and getting blasted by instrumental Euro pop while asking the waiter why they added extra cheese to your vegan pasta.”
