Beautiful atmospheric building next to the Assembly Rooms - very well regarded restaurant doing yummy informal small plates dining (and full on Sunday lunch) - with an attached wine shop. The Times says "pretty enough to draw tears from a stone goblin" and a "brutally sexy" wine shop. Fair enough!
