Restaurant Degenija is the best restaurant in our area, in my opinion :) modern, elegant, the staff is friendly and the food is delicious. There you have various standard dishes and from traditional food you can try veal and baked potatoes under the PEKA :)

Named after the protected Velebit flower, Degenija restaurant offers many specialties of Croatian and international cuisine in a modern and pleasant environment. The specialty for which it is famous is the freshly caught trout from the Gacka river, while guests especially praise the Degenija veal steak in mushroom sauce with homemade gnocchi. As expected, the youngest guests adore superb pizzas from a brick oven and desserts created by the hard-working hands and imagination of the restaurant’s pastry chefs. Seasonally or to order, Degenija restaurant also offers two Croatian national meat classics – veal under the lid, and spit-roasted lamb or suckling pig.
