This spot in Bernal Heights has an easygoing neighborhood feel and dogs are welcome to sit at the bar, on the floor, or wherever they like. I like to order After the Gold Rush—a smooth whiskey sour made with bourbon, pineapple, apricot, and lime. Bernal Heights Park is just up at the top of the hill. It’s my favorite place to take my dogs in the city because of the expansive views and all the constant seasonal changes it goes through. There’s a fire trail you can take for an easy walk and then steeper side trails for an extra workout.

Fantastic cocktails and good craft brews. Good place to watch games. Dog friendly and you can bring in food from any one of the many establishments on Cortland Avenue.
