Phnom Penh Noodle Shack started out as a five-seat restaurant in 1985, and eventually worked up to being a neighborhood favorite. The family-operated restaurant is right in the heart of Long Beach’s Cambodia Town where Phnom Penh offers some of cities best rice porridge, stir fry noodles, noodles in soup, and the classic Cambodian ba-bong.
