This is an area where locals like to hang out. Although it is a doc, it is accessible to the public and many call it the "Instagram Pier" as you can snap some cool pics of colourful barrels and containers. In the evening on the weekends, you can find a lot of people hanging out there - elderly and young groups doing outdoors exercise, god owners, kids. It also continues to a renovated promenade that connects Kennedy Town all the way to Wan Chai - great views of Kowloon and the ICC tower at night are guaranteed. There is even a small coffee shop at the promenade if you get tired and want to stop. Also pretty good for jogging early in the morning (night time gets crowded).
