Story Coffee

Huge glass windows make you feel like you’re sitting outside at this small coffee shop near Clapham Junction station. There’s not much room, so it’s very personable and communal. It feels like you’re in someone’s kitchen, and often you’re sitting at a big, shared table. There’s a good ambience and a real mix of workers, freelancers, parents with kids. A really good flat white shouldn’t taste like the beans are over-roasted, with a bitter aftertaste, or have too much milk. Here they get it just right.
