The "Johnson's" photo above is NOT Fred's Market (not sure why they have it there).. but we recommend you do visit the real Fred's Market restaurant (on Harden blvd) for their breakfast buffet. In our opinion, it's one of the BEST southern buffets in Lakeland!

This is a Plant City staple. Great southern cooking at it's best. Only come here if you are really hungry and not concerned with a few extra calories.
