HQ Zoo is less well known than Aussie Zoo but we love it! It is smaller and easier to get around. Most of the trails through are in shade and you can get up close to the enclosures. Lots of picnic tables are provided throughout so we take our Grandkids there and eat our picnic by the dingos or monkeys. Less commercial than A Zoo though with less displays it would really suit smaller kids and people who do not want to get exhausted by walking all day long!

A great smaller zoo, with a fantastic collection of monkeys. Only about 15 minutes up the road.

This is a fabulous venue to see Aussie wildlife. Well run and very popular.

Smaller zoo than Australia Zoo and has some animals that Australia Zoo doesn't have. Worth a look it does not disappoint.
