This is an amazing 5-star property on the Big Island! The house is absolutely stunning and is extremely well outfitted. The bathtub and shower are a true spa experience. I realize the open air living area may not be for everyone but we loved it and were glad there were no mosquitoes. We loved playing table tennis and are looking forward to trying out the fire pit on our next visit (hoping it will be a little less windy).

As a previous visitor mentioned, the beds are very high and not easy to get into - my husband and I are tall at nearly 6' so I image the beds are even more challenging for people shorter than us. The floors are concrete throughout and a few rugs (outdoor or ruggable) would be a nice touch, especially in the bedrooms.

We absolutely loved being walking distance to Hāwī as we were enjoying a relaxing staycation but this part of the island may not be the best fit for families since most activities and beaches will require a good bit of driving.

Great open-air concept, 5-star resort look and feel. Everyone loved it and did not want to leave. Nice garden with a good variety of fruits to pick from.

We absolutely enjoyed Keely’s place in Hawi! The house was so unique and it seemed like you discovered something new each day. Nothing better than waking up in the morning, grinding some coffee beans and wondering through the yard picking mangoes, papayas and dragon fruit for breakfast. We truly enjoyed the open air living at night and the starry sky was amazing! Be sure to hike the trail at the far end of the main road. It’s only about 9 miles away and the beach is amazing!
