This is a private location and well equipped studio. There is a private entrance and the space does share a wall with the primary residence on the property. It was perfect for my needs on this trip.

Traveled solo and visited Tucson for the first time and had a great experience for 3 nights here. Katelyn was very responsive and provided nice recommendations for hiking trails and places to go out at. Peaceful location with a pool and felt immersed in the foothills of the Bear Canyon area. I actually enjoyed the old school DVD player and listening to the coyote packs outside at night. Would recommend for solo travelers or duos!

For me and my husband, everything was just great. It was relaxing, gorgeous views love the pool. We was looking for more private location and we got. And we didn’t actually have to drive far at all to get to any stores. And restaurants.

Beautiful, quiet location with a patio view of the Santa Catalina Mountains. Enjoyed peaceful mornings on the covered patio. Host was always responsive. All the amenities a studio needs, exactly as described. Space had clearly recently been well-cleaned. Would stay again.
