Great location and very cozy space!

We booked Mark's place for the month of July. We had sold our house in San Diego and were looking for a place to rent, so we thought we would hang out in Idyllwild while we did our search. It is a fun little town with lots of restaurants and live music in the summer. We enjoyed being able to just walk in to town in about 10-15 minutes.
The house is surrounded by trees and the decks in front and back were great for relaxing and watching all the birds. The chipmunks and squirrels were very active too. If you enjoy nature and wildlife, you will love this place.
It was unseasonably hot in early July, and the portable AC unit could not keep up in the afternoons and early evening. Luckily it cooled down a lot at night, so the house stayed cool in the mornings, and we were able to open the windows and use the fans at night. Also, there is a queen bedroom downstairs that stays cool all the time.
The house has everything you need for a long stay. It is a great get-away!

这里简直就是一个温暖的家，我在这套房子里和孩子呆了两周。这里几乎有我需要的一切。房子被维护得很好，干净而整洁。每天早上，捧着咖啡，坐在deck上，在松木的清香和鸟儿们的鸣唱声中，我可以幸福地呆上很久。这里离小镇很近，购物也很方便。Mark非常好，总是及时地回复消息，还特地为我买了rice cooker。邻居也非常友善。太喜欢这里了！

Mark and Julie's place is PURE MAGIC!!! I spent several hours researching rentals in Idyllwild and could not have picked a better place. You can trust in all the 5 star reviews. Everything that previous renter's have said is 'spot on'. The inside of their home is warm and inviting and the large deck has views of nature, trees and birds that are unsurpassed. Don't think twice...just book this place!
