Hello - I am fairly new here on aribnb but I consider myself a nice person - I am a very good host (being a former stewardess) and enjoy new experiences. The apartment I have listed here is owned by my son who is away for some time so I am helping him renting it out for visitors. The apartment is in a great location for those who are visiting the city for the first time. It was easily accessible and it was off the main street which made it very easy to find. There is no parking included with the apartment but there is covered parking with really low rates right next to the apartment building. And the main street offers free parking between the hours of 6pm and 9am. Bryndis was very quick in her responses but there was a slight mis-communication with Otto regarding our arrive time. But we eventually was able to get a hold of Otto and he helped us check-in to the apartment and showed us around. The apartment is in a fairly older building and we were told the pipes were old so water drained slower. But it wasn't anything my friends and I couldn't work around. The bedrooms were very spacious and we had plenty of room for our luggage with all our winter gear. The kitchen also had everything my friends and I needed to prepare our own meals during our trip. Overall the apartment is in a very good location and would be a suitable option for anyone looking to visit Reykjavik.

Perfect place to stay in Reykjavik. Great location, right downtown on the Main Street, close to all the restaurants, shops, and bars. But the inside is still really quiet and clean.
Really easy check-in and check-out. The host Otto is super friendly and really easy going.
Close supermarket and pick-up station for all excursions. (When booking an excursion, get the company to pick you up at 100 Iceland Hotel. It is literally connected to the building, so they will pick you up at your front door)
Overall great place, would definitely recommend.
