I enjoy the outdoors and love to camp, play recreational team sports, cycle, snowboard and generally spend time outside with friends. I have an energetic and very active young pup named Benny.

The basement apartment was bigger than we expected and had everything we needed for our stay. Graham was helpful with instructions and helpful when we couldn't get the washing machine to work. The location is great and we were able to walk everywhere. Lots of food options and supermarkets nearby.

The main road on the corner is busy and can be loud at night and we could hear every footstep of the upstairs neighbours too.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Graham is a great host, super responsive and very welcoming. The unit is well appointed, and the location is great. Graham gave us tips on some good local restaurants and coffee shops that we tried and really liked. There is also a free streetcar right on H Street. Using it, we were able to get to Union Station easily, and then catch the DC Metro. I am certain we will return!
