If you are visiting the Snaefellsnes Peninsula and this AirBnB is available, you NEED to book it. The pictures do not do the beauty of the area justice. It is hidden from town by the mountain, but town is only a few minutes away. This was an incredible find, and at an amazing price. The hosts were communicative, and had great recommendations. If we ever find our way that way again, I will absolutely check to see if this spot is available.

I booked this place one year in advance, excellent place and well equipped kitchen. Fantastic views of Kirkjufell mountain and there’s a cafe, fuel station, grocery shop within 2 minutes drive. I would highly recommend this place. I’ll be back for sure.

Epic location at the base of kirkjufell! A perfect spot to explore the snaefellsnes peninsula (would definitely recommend 2+ nights). The hot tub was perfect to offset the 70 mph winds. The northern lights were a bonus! Would definitely recommend.
