He was just going through the motions, detached, uncommunicative, unenthusiastic. Food was too salty, skimpy on the seafood, heavy on the potatoes, delayed serving, left one item behind he had to come back for, didn't bring all ingredients.

William's cooking was definitely enjoyable. The quality and presentation were both above average, and you can tell he puts care into his craft. I appreciated his modest and professional demeanor, which made the experience feel relaxed and comfortable. While I did find the pricing a bit on the high side, the overall experience still felt worthwhile. With just a bit more polish on the overall operation, I think five stars would be well within reach.

We had a great experience with William’s chef service. He was very collaborative in developing a menu tailored to our group, which made the experience feel personalized. He was respectful of our space and left the kitchen in excellent condition. The timing and execution of the dishes were on point, and the dessert—pistachio lava bites with pistachio ice cream—was a real highlight.
