I loved staying at this apartment, it’s perfect for one person or a couple, in a beautiful neighborhood it has an amazing huge balcony to hang out on too!

Ubytovani je kousek od parku a v blizkosti metra. V apartmánu je velka terasa se sezenima vyhled jak na mesto tak i na kopec s vyhlidkou. Urcite misto doporucuji.

Okay & comfortable for a night, wouldn’t stay for more. Layout was strange, you basically enter into a balcony and then the apartment. The shower was tiny and it was difficult not to make a mess with water spraying out.

I would like to kindly clarify that during my stay I contacted you twice and unfortunately never received a reply. I believe that being a host involves taking responsibility and being attentive to guests’ needs. Just as you wish for your business to thrive, it is equally important to address issues immediately when a guest is not satisfied.

In my case, I experienced several concerns: a lot of noise by nights, the shower was very small and caused the entire bathroom to get wet, the mattress was uncomfortable, the bedroom TV was not a smart TV, one of the lights in the room did not work, and most importantly, I received no response to my questions regarding the washing machine and the coffee machine during my stay.

As a guest, this left me feeling unattended and disappointed. For these reasons, my review reflects my genuine experience.
