It’s a very nice house, either everything that you need, in a very cute neighborhood, very quiet, and close to everything, Rick was the most amazing host, always there to help. We definitely recommend this place and we’rethinking to return next year.

i needed a few days after a chaotic move out of my apartment and Rich's place was a perfect place to decompress. i didnt want for much other than a comfy bed and hot shower and this place delivered on both. It was very secluded and only hard to find because i didnt read the directions. but also very close to everyrthing. would recommend

Rich’s home was so welcoming and located centrally to everything but was also tucked away in a cozy neighborhood away from the busy downtown traffic. We loved the home, location and our host! Rich was very communicative from booking up to check out, any and all questions we had were answered, he communicated promptly and even checked with us on things during our stay. We truly appreciate everything.
