Rien à dire sur cet appart - hôtel si ce n’est que nous avons pas eu de femme de ménage pendant notre séjour mais sinon l’emplacement est top, le personnel est gentil et l’appartement fidèle aux photos. Un très bon rapport qualité prix quand on regarde les autres propositions de logements à Miami !

Bon emplacement du logement. Accès facile à la plage et à South Beach. Mais séjour un peu decevant dû a des problèmes de cartes d'accès non fonctionnels, une douche sans pression d'eau, et une piscine en cours d'entretien et donc inaccessible.

As I have 20+ stays in have never given a negative review or received one. This hotel needs some updates and repairs. The area isn't far from things... but it is slightly in a area that takes a bit of effort to get to area restaurants etc. One of the worst things is the parking. Selling hotel rooms in Miami and offering nothing but a bunch of the shoulder when someone asks about parking is wild to me. I have stayed throughout Miami Beach and EVERY hotel that didn't provide on-site parking gave me several alternatives in the area. For me personally this is a never book again. Service poor. Location 5/10. And my room located next to the canal had to deal with the smell of it. Overall 4/10
